As Founder and CEO, I lead Aureole Medical Communications with a focus on delivering scientifically rigorous, regulator-ready clinical and medical documentation. Trained as a PhD in Translational Oncology, I bring over a decade of experience spanning translational research, clinical development, and medical communications. I work closely with sponsors, investigators, and CRO leadership to ensure complex clinical data is translated into clear, defensible narratives across protocols, regulatory documents, and publications-executed with precision, accountability, and deep audience awareness.

Medical Director

As our Medical Director, Dr. Deepshikha provides the essential clinical and commercial vision for our clients' programs, grounded in a Medical Degree, 5 years of direct patient care, and deep expertise in medical affairs. Her experience is further distinguished by her work in evaluating clinical evidence and patient outcomes within payer and insurance frameworks.

Having navigated the journey from patient bedside to post-market evidence review, she leads our team in translating complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with regulators, patients, and the medical community. Her focus is on delivering exceptional documents executed with the medical accuracy of a physician and the strategic insight of a health outcomes expert.

Associate Medical Director 

As Associate Medical Director, Clinical Strategy, Oksana Korolova, MD, PhD, brings deep expertise in clinical development, trial methodology, and evidence-based medical strategy. With 16+ years across academic research, industry clinical programs, and global trial operations, she supports protocol development, endpoint justification, safety oversight, and scientific risk mitigation. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex clinical data into clear, regulator and stakeholder-ready narratives. Her focus is on strengthening clinical rigour, patient-centric design, and strategic coherence across clinical and medical communications deliverables.

Scientific Writing Lead 

As Scientific Writing Lead, Vijay Akhade, PhD, brings over 15 years of experience in scientific research and writing, with a proven record of producing high-quality, publication-ready manuscripts. An experienced scientific writer, he turns complex experimental and translational data into clear, well-structured, and impactful narratives. He oversees the development of research articles, reviews, and scientific content with a focus on rigour, accuracy, and clarity. At Aureole, he ensures consistency, depth, and scientific excellence across all writing deliverables.
